This Privacy Policy explains how Toonzzle collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data and related information when you use the Toonzzle mobile application, related website, and connected services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly or through your use of the app, including:

  • account identifiers, such as a Firebase anonymous user ID;

  • when you choose social sign-in, basic profile information made available by the provider, such as name, email address, and profile photo;

  • images you submit for processing and the information required to perform the requested conversion;

  • app preferences, such as language, difficulty, music, sound, and visual settings;

  • support messages or requests you send to us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

We may also collect certain technical and usage information automatically, including:

  • device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and technical diagnostics;

  • app usage data, crash information, security events, and performance information;

  • internal counters and gameplay-related data, such as available credits, rewarded ads watched, progress, ranking-related data, and score;

  • security and anti-abuse signals, including Firebase App Check and backend validation events;

  • advertising-related identifiers and signals, where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve Toonzzle;

  • authenticate users and maintain account-related functionality;

  • process image conversion requests;

  • manage credits, rewards, progress, and ranking features;

  • remember user preferences and personalize app behavior;

  • detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, and technical misuse;

  • deliver, validate, and manage rewarded advertising flows;

  • provide user support;

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Legal Bases, Where Applicable

Where required by applicable law, we process data on one or more of the following bases:

  • performance of a contract or service requested by the user;

  • legitimate interests, including service security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, debugging, and service improvement;

  • consent, where legally required;

  • compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with service providers and partners as necessary to operate Toonzzle, including:

  • Google Firebase, for authentication, database operations, backend functions, and app protection;

  • Google AdMob, for rewarded advertising and advertising-related operations;

  • image processing providers, including DeepAI or any future provider used to process user-requested image conversions;

  • technical, infrastructure, analytics, and operational service providers acting on our behalf.

We do not publish your submitted images or processed results unless you choose to save, share, or otherwise act on them through the app.

5. Images Submitted for Conversion

Images submitted by users are processed only to provide the requested image conversion service.

As a general rule, Toonzzle does not intentionally maintain a permanent public archive of original or converted user images. Images may be temporarily handled for processing, fraud prevention, reliability, and technical logging purposes, and the resulting output is returned to the app.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

In general:

  • account-related records, progression, credits, score, and related game data may be retained while the account remains active;

  • technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period as necessary for diagnostics and abuse prevention;

  • deleted data may remain temporarily in backups, cached systems, or log systems for a limited retention period.

7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

If Toonzzle allows account creation or account linkage, users may request deletion of their app account and associated data.

Where available, Toonzzle provides:

  • an in-app path to request account deletion; and

  • a web resource through which users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

When a valid deletion request is completed, we may delete or request deletion of:

  • account records in the main user database;

  • ranking-related public records linked to the account;

  • authentication records, where applicable.

Certain technical, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required. This section is intended to align with Google Play account deletion requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

  • the right to access your data;

  • the right to request correction of inaccurate data;

  • the right to request deletion of your account and associated data;

  • the right to object to or restrict certain processing;

  • the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Children

Toonzzle is not intended for children under 13.

If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app only with appropriate permission or supervision where required.

Users may not submit illegal content, sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

10. International Data Transfers

Because we use cloud infrastructure and service providers that may operate in multiple countries, information may be processed outside the user’s country of residence.

We take reasonable steps designed to protect personal information during such processing.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including backend validation, App Check, access controls, anti-abuse controls, and infrastructure security measures.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, the updated version will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, reflected in the app. Continued use of Toonzzle after the effective date of an updated version means you have reviewed the updated policy.
